# Troubleshooting

> Quick fixes for common publishing, store and credit problems.

Most issues have a quick fix. Find your problem below.

> **My published page shows page not found or disappeared**
>
> If the page's linked product was deleted in Shopify, the page goes offline. Open **Page settings**, link another product, then republish.

> **I changed my Shopify theme**
>
> Republish all your pages. Then turn the **EcomWize Embed** on again in the new theme.

> **My store was connected before July 20, 2026**
>
> Go to **Stores**, click **Disconnect store**, then **Connect store** and use the one-click install. Your pages are not affected.

> **Failed to fetch products**
>
> In your Shopify admin, go to **Settings** > **Apps** and uninstall EcomWize. Then connect your store again.

> **This store is already connected to another account**
>
> Disconnect the store from the other account first. If you can't, contact support.

> **I can't publish on the Free plan**
>
> Publishing needs a paid plan. Upgrade in **Settings** > **Plans & Billing**.

> **I hit the 10 published page limit on Starter**
>
> Unpublish a page you no longer need, or upgrade to Pro for unlimited publishing.

> **I ran out of credits**
>
> Buy a credit pack with **Buy credits** (paid plans), or upgrade to a plan with more monthly credits.

> **My cart drawer or bundles don't show**
>
> Check that the **EcomWize Embed** is on. In EcomWize, the **Cart drawer** page shows **App embed is off** with a **Turn on app embed** button.
