# Edit your page with the AI agent

> Chat with the agent to add sections, rewrite copy, change styles and make images.

The agent is an AI assistant inside the builder. Tell it what you want in plain words and it edits the page for you.

## Send a message

**1. Open the Agent tab**

In the left sidebar, click **Agent**. Each page has its own chats. Use **New chat** to start fresh or **History** to open an earlier one.

**2. Describe the change**

Type in **Ask EcomWize to add or edit something...**. Messages can be up to 1,000 characters. Longer pasted text becomes an attachment. You can also use voice input.

**3. Send and review**

The agent edits the page while you watch. Click stop to end it early.

A few prompts to try:

* "Add an FAQ section about shipping and returns below the reviews."
* "Make the hero headline shorter and more emotional."
* "Generate a lifestyle image for the hero and place it on the right."
* "Copy the layout of this page: \[link]"
* "Create a bundle deal for my product."

## Attach images and use suggestions

* Click **+** to attach up to 5 images, for example a reference design or a product photo.
* Type **/** (or use the suggestions button) for quick rewrites: Shorter, Longer, Simplify, Fix spelling, More emotional, Logical benefits, Social proof, Urgency/Scarcity, Aspirational, FOMO.

## Pick Fast or Pro

Open the model menu to choose a mode. Each answer shows what it cost under **Credits spent**.

| Mode | Label | Credits per message |
| - | - | - |
| **Fast** | Great results, fast | From 10, max 50 |
| **Pro** | Our best quality | From 50, max 100 |

You need at least 10 credits (Fast) or 50 credits (Pro) to start. Images the agent makes cost 10 credits each. See [Credits](https://docs.ecomwize.io/billing/credits.md).

## Use your brand kit

The **Apply brand kit** switch in the model menu controls styling. On, the AI uses your brand colors and fonts. Off, it picks its own. Click **Edit brand kit** to change the kit.

## What the agent can and cannot do

It can add, edit, remove and reorder sections, edit text and styles, add blocks inside product and advertorial sections, generate and place images, change or generate the brand style, analyze or copy a web page you link (one link per message), read your Shopify products and collections, read ads saved in your brand kit, create bundle deals and build long pages in parts.

It cannot publish, link a product, rename the page, change page settings or the URL, or make videos.

## Edit a selection with AI

Select something on the canvas, then click **Edit with AI** in the right panel (or **Edit with the agent** in the element toolbar). The agent receives your selection.

## Undo an agent change

The agent has no undo of its own. Answers that changed the page show **Revert to this action**. You can also press ⌘ Z or restore a version from [History](https://docs.ecomwize.io/builder/history.md).
